This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit or make a purchase from oldu.studio (the “Site”).

We use the Device Information we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud, particularly through your IP address, and more generally to improve and optimize our Site, for example by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with it, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns.

Payment Information and iyzico

When the payment service is active, your first name, last name, contact information, identification information and billing address are sent to iyzico to process the payment and ensure transaction security. Card numbers, expiry dates and card security codes are entered only on iyzico’s payment page; Oldu Studio does not receive or store them. Order and verification records are linked to your account. The identification number entered in the payment form is not written to the application’s order record.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use it as described above. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. You can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here. You can also opt out of Google Analytics here.

Finally, we may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or otherwise protect our rights.

Cookie Preferences and Analytics

Google Analytics runs only when you accept analytics cookies. You can change your preference using the “Cookie preferences” button. Advertising cookies and ad personalization signals are disabled. Your browser’s Do Not Track setting does not replace this preference.

If you are a European citizen, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request that it be corrected, updated or deleted. To exercise this right, please contact us using the contact details below.

If you are a European citizen, please also note that we process your information to fulfill contracts we may have with you, for example if you place an order through the Site, or otherwise to pursue the legitimate business interests listed above. Your information may also be transferred outside Europe.

Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we retain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Communication Preferences

Providing a phone number for a purchase or payment does not constitute marketing consent. A separate preference is obtained for marketing communications; this preference is independent of support and order processing.

We send marketing emails only to users who have expressly agreed to receive them. Creating an account or purchasing a service does not depend on this consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time through your account settings or the unsubscribe link in each marketing email we send. Marketing emails are not sent to users who have not given consent or who have withdrawn it.
